CACHE CALLS PER REQUEST: The average number of cache calls

used to satisfy a request. An asterisk (*) after this value indicates that
greater than 3.1 cache calls per request occurred on the particular
volume. This is considered excessive by GPA and should be
investigated.

The report (Example 3-8) provides the same items of information as the previous report

(Example 3-7) does except that three new items replaced two old items because these
two old items (unit number and controller number) are obsolete on operating system
G02 and later.
