The URV value received is greater than the Upper Transducer Limit of
this loop device. The command was ignored by the loop device.

15) Loop mA not active
The loop device is in multi-drop mode. The command was ignored
by the loop device. HART response code 11.
16) URV too low
The URV value received is less than the Lower Transducer Limit of
this loop device. The command was ignored by the loop device.
HART response code 12.
17) LRV & URV out of limits
The LRV and/or URV value received is outside of the Transducer
Limits of this loop device, or some other device physical limitation is
exceeded. The command was ignored by the loop device. HART
response code 13.
18) Span too small
The span of the LRV and URV values received is less than the
Minimum Span allowed by this loop device. The command was
ignored by the loop device. HART response code 14.
19) Access restricted
The HART command received is not allowed when the loop device in
its current operating mode. The command was ignored by the loop
device. HART response code 16.
20) Invalid units code
The units code received is not allowed by the loop device in its
current operating mode. The command was ignored by the loop
device. HART response code 18.
21) Invalid span
The data values in the HART command would result in an invalid
span for this loop device. The command was ignored by the loop
device. HART response code 29.
