If a rotor has an extra wide face width, or if the inboard face is wider than the outboard face, the
inserts may be adjusted to allow for staggered cheeks by loosening the throat depth lock screws,
moving the insert holder to the desired position and then re-tightening the throat depth lock screws.
USING THE 50-1200 CUTTING HEAD CONTINUED
TO FIT THE TOOL HOLDER PLATE TO THE SLIDE PLATE:

Loosen the travel limit screw until it no longer crosses
the slot on the bottom surface of the tool holder plate.
Carefully loosen the position lock knob until the cam on
the bottom surface is just below flush with the bottom
surface of the tool holder plate.
Slide the tool holder over the male dovetail on the slide
plate.
Once in place re-tighten the position lock knob (4) and
the travel limit screw (1).
