Forces the POTS interface to generate all tones.
Bit 0 = 0: In-band tones from ISDN switch

(when available)

Bit 0 = 1: All tones generated locally
Bit 1 = 0: Warnings to POTS when unavailable
Bit 1 = 1: Disable all warnings to POTS

S118 . CHAP Enable .....

32 = CHAP enabled
0 = CHAP disabled (Windows 95 setting)
