Wire Harness Connections
Wire Harness Connections:
1.
Connect Wire Harness to Tractor
Starter. The wires to the starter from the off on
switches will need to be connected to the
tractor near the started connections (See Fig-
ure 30, 31 & 32). All see the wire / harness
schematic on the following pages. Consult the
Tractor Repair Manual for wiring schematic of
Tractor.
2.
Check all Wire Harness Routing. Inspect
all of the wire harness, make certain the all
portions of wire harness that have been in-
stalled is tied up and out of the way of folding
components or any thing that may damage
them (See Figure 31 & 32).
3.
Wires from the safety switch must be
routed close to cutterhousing sidesheet and
lift frame pivot points. This will prevent wires
from being stretched and broken when
cutterhousing is raised or lowered to maxi-
mum positons.
NOTE: Route wires in such a manner to
prevent interference with the operation of trac-
tor or INTERSTATER. Ensure that wires DO
NOT lay against anything which could wear
through insulation and cause a short circuit.
After connecting all wires, wrap wires with
flexguard tubing. Neatly gather hydraulic
hoses and flexguard tubing and strap together
using plastic ties.
