5.3 The Two-Connector PETracer ML Cable Assembly
This cable (PN: 180-0068-00) works with a single PETracer ML analyzer and supports x4, x2, and x1
links. The assembly has two small connectors labeled A and B. Each small connector transmits four
physical lanes of uni-directional traffic. As shown in the preceding table, Connector A should be attached
to Port 1 on the analyzer and Connector B should be attached to Port 2.
5.4 The PETracer EML x1-to-x8 Cable Assembly
This cable assembly (PN: PE003ADA-X) supports x8, x4, x2 and x1 links. The assembly has two
connectors on one side. These two connectors can be connected in any order to the PETracer EML
analyzer.
PETracer EML x1 to x8 Cable
Each of the twin connectors is capable of capturing either upstream or downstream traffic. When both
connectors are attached, the PETracer EML analyzer can record bi-directional traffic.
