(2) Example for when using EtherNet/IP and I/O Board 1 together
It is how to establish the setting when using EtherNet/IP to 256 ports of each input and output
from the top of the extended I/O ports and assigning the I/O board (48 ports for each input and
output) to the standard I/O ports.
