Removing and Replacing the Battery Pack
Batt ery Replacement Notes:
• To retain history, ensure the pump has been allowed to go to Sleep
aft er the last run.
• Turn off the pump before removing the batt ery. Removing the batt ery
while the pump is on or running may corrupt pump history.
• Programs should be reloaded using DataTrac for Leland Legacy
Soft ware aft er replacing the batt ery pack.
• Sampling time, delayed start, and other sett ings entered using the
pump keypad should be reprogrammed aft er replacing the batt ery
pack.
1. Position pump with belt clip facing upward.
2.
Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove three screws on bott om half of
pump.
3. Grasp and remove batt ery pack by pulling it up and away from pump
body.
4. Align connector of new batt ery pack with connector in pump body.
5. Gently press new batt ery pack into pump body until it is fl ush with the
pump case and replace the three screws.
Ensure that the long screw is replaced in the top screw hole. Do not
overtighten screws.
