Installation instructions, Nissan nv200, Part numbers
1. Lower and remove spare tire from vehicle. The tire release is located inside rear cargo area in middle of floor.
2. Lower exhaust by removing the rear hanger.
3. Lower exhaust by removing the rear and side hangers.
4.Using a 3/4 inch hole saw drill hole on inside frame rail both sides to fishwire bolts into frame.
5. Insert 1/2” bolts and blocks through into the frame as shown in Figure 1.
6. Raise hitch into place over bolts and hand tighten so hitch is held into position but can be moved to line up front holes.
7. Insert 1/2” bolts and blocks into end panel through existing access hole and though existing holes in panel.
8. Trim rear fascia plastic as needed to allow bolts to some though and install washer and nuts.
9. Reinstall exhaust hangers into mounts.
10. Reinstall spare tire and make sure it is seated properly.

Note: check hitch frequently, making sure all fasteners and ball are properly tightened. If hitch is removed, plug all holes in trunk pan or other body panels to
prevent entry of water and exhaust fumes. A hitch or ball which has been damaged should be removed and replaced. Observe safety precautions when working
beneath a vehicle and wear eye protection. Do not cut access or attachment holes with a torch.
