AND WASHERS TO INSTALL THIS HITCH

3/4" WRENCH
1/2" DRILL
TORQUE WRENCH
NOTE: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT
RECOMMENDED FOR USE
ON A 1/2 TON VEHICLE.
1/2" SERRATED WASHER
1/2" LOCK WASHER
1/2" NUT
1/2" CARRIAGE BOLT
BOLT PLATE
1/2" SERRATED WASHER
1/2" LOCK WASHER
12mm BOLT
1. Remove the 12mm bolt from the bottom side of the end of the frame. Discard the bolt.
2. Place the hitch up to the frame. Install the provided 12mm bolt with serrated washers and lock washer into the hole at
the end of the frame. See diagram above. Repeat for the other side.
NOTE: If your truck did not have a 12mm bolt at the end of the frame, install a 1/2" carriage bolt with bolt plate down
through the frame and into the end hole in the bracket. See diagram on other side of page.
