77620-00 Valve Plug Kit
The 74035, Test Air Cap and Gauge Assembly,
is designed for use with a Test Station or while
the gun is connected to the robot or reciprocator.
The test air cap is comprised of two air pressure
gauges, pressure gauge stand, special 74061-XX
air caps, and all required tubing and fittings.
The air cap has two tapped holes for small barbed
tube fittings. The fittings are located so that the
gauges connected to them will measure the actual
cap pressure of the atomization and pattern air.
Using this test cap will assure uniform atomization
and pattern quality, regardless of air supply tube
lengths from one gun to another.
73896-01 Electrode and Air Cap Pro-
tector
This is a plastic cylinder that fits over the air cap
retainer. The protector keeps the electrode and
other spray head parts from being damaged during
booth cleaning and at other times when the spray
gun is not in use.
79203-00 Tool Kit
Provided with each gun is a tool kit to aid in the
disassembly and assembly of the gun during
servicing.
