Set the instrument to 0.1 division size.

Set the maximum capacity of the instrument (from
000001~199999).
a. Press the key to select the digit and the key to
increase the value. The first digit on the left can only be set to 0
(zero) or 1 (one). When the value is 0, it does not show on the
LCD display. Press the key to enter the value.
