Output and Ratio Check Adjustment:

1.

With the unit is primed, it is now possible to check ratios

2.

With the block / gun in the “off” position, remove outlet plugs from front of dispensing block (see fig. 38)

Attach and secure outlet cap and gasket to dispensing block (see figures 39), if you are using the
1:1 Pro Gun attach the ratio check mix housing (DUO-4200) to the front of the 1:1 Pro Gun (shown
in figure 31 with optional ball valves). (see fig. 40)

4. Position a cup under each outlet, preferably identical in size and weight (see fig. 41)
