menu, then click
Manage Devices
to display the following window:
2. Click the
button to display the following
Add Gateway
window:
3. In the
Gateway Address
field, enter the IP Address for the TurboVUi IP Gateway. If the IP Gateway is
connected to a different IP LAN subnet than this Dispatch client PC, then enter the external IP address of the
firewall protecting that subnet. The TurboVUi IP Gateway uses TCP port 48222.
If the router’s external port number can be 48222, then only the IP address is needed. If the router’s external port
number cannot be 48222, follow the IP address with a colon (‘:’), then the external port number programmed into
the router. For example: 10.120.233.46:48222
See the TurboVUi IP Gateway Installation Guide S2-61534 for additional Port Forwarding details.
4. Enter the
Password
for the IP Gateway.
5. Click the
Test
button to determine if the TurboVUi IP Gateway is accessible using the IP Network. “Connection
Successful” will be displayed if the connection succeeded.
