3. Take the pump cassette with the dosing hose from the axle.
4. Smear pump rollers with Baysilone paste.
5. Insert new dosing hose in the pump cassette, aligning the colored
stopper upward!
6. Engage the pump cassette again.
7. After completing all work, select the [PRE PUMPING] function so
that all hoses fill.
8. After approximately three minutes, select the [+SERVICE] menu
again and trigger the [CALIBRATE] function to start a calibration.

1. Press one of the function keys F1–F4 for three seconds and select
the [+SERVICE] menu.
2. Loosen the two knurled screws of the lamp base.
3. Take out the lamp and pull off terminal board.
4. Connect the new halogen lamp and screw tight in the optics block
again.
Note: Do not touch lamp glass with fingers! An incorrect installation
of the new halogen lamp is not possible, as the holes for the knurled
screws are arranged offset.
5. After the installation of a new lamp, start a new calibration
procedure with [CALIBRATE].
