ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Insert 2 ” Shank into vehicle hitch receiver. Insert and tighten silent hitch pin.
2. Place (1) Main Support Tube onto 2 ” Shank, and fasten to bracket using four (4) 5/16” carriage bolts and lock nuts. (Figure 1)
3. Place (1) Main Support Tube onto Slide Shank, and fasten to bracket using four (4) 5/16 ” carriage bolts and lock nuts.
(Figure 2)
4. Slide Wheel Hook Assemblies onto arm supports as shown – two lower hooks facing vehicle and two upper hooks facing
rearward. Leave hooks loose at this step. (Figure 3)
Note: The Wheel hooks must be installed so that the Hook is in a vertical position as shown in Figure 3.
5. Slide the Arm Supports onto the Main Support Tubes and secure with the four (4) bail safety pins.
(Figure 3). NOTE: Arms can be removed for storage.
6. Insert Slide Tube inside 2 ” Shank. Install T-Handle and tighten T-Handle when Slide Tube is inserted completely to hard stop
inside 2 ” Shank.(Figure 4)
7. Attach Safety cable with supplied clips to the cable brackets to prevent the telescoping tube from separating when expanded.
