Sensor position accuracy of AVT Mako cameras
Method of positioning
Optical alignment of the photo sensitive sensor area into the camera front mod-
ule (lens mount front flange).
Reference points
Sensor: center of the pixel area (photo sensitive cells).
Camera: Center of the camera front flange (outer case edges).
Accuracy
x/y: +/- 150 μm (sensor shift)
z: +0 μm to -150 μm (optical back focal length)
α: +/- 0.5° (sensor rotation)
