Setup Guide Checklist
Install Global Configurator.

Make the necessary IPL T Series cable connections.

Local Area Network (LAN)
A/V devices
Create a Global Configurator (GC) project file. Add and configure
the IPL T Series controller and other devices. Build and upload the GC
project file. Launch the GlobalViewer
® interface. Refer to the Global
Configurator Help file for these procedures.
Download device drivers.
Create a new Global Configurator project file.
Add a device.
Define the location of the new device.
Save the new Global Configurator file.
Configure contacts.
Configure e-mail.
Assign device drivers.
Set scheduled actions and e-mail deliveries.
Set monitored conditions.
Build the Global Configurator file.
Upload the Global Configurator file.
Change device settings such as the e-mail server (if desired).
Launch the GlobalViewer interface.
