Captive screw connector
The IPL T S2, IPL T S6, and IPL T SFI244 have COM ports with captive
screw connectors. The two COM ports with captive screw connectors
on the IPL T S2 are common to the two 9-pin D connectors. Only one
connector can be used for each COM port. If you use a COM port
captive screw connector, its 9-pin D port is not accessible.
The IPL T S6 has four COM ports with captive screw connectors
that are independent of COM ports 1 and 2, which have 9-pin D
connectors.
The female captive screw connectors accept 3-pole or 5-pole male
captive screw connectors that are wired as shown in the diagram
below.

Relay Ports
The IPL T CR48 has eight relay ports that provide contact closure
activation of relays (for power, screen projector, lift control, drapes,
and so on) when trigger events occur. See the diagram below for
relay port wiring.
