• Hardware Prefectcher [Enabled /Disabled]:
• Enable this feature to prefetch predictable data into cache. It
can be enabled for some performance benchmarks.
• Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch [Enabled /Disabled]:
• Enable this feature to prefetch adjacent cache line with data
not currently required.
• Disable this feature to only prefetch cache line with data
currently required.
Note: Some benchmark may enable both "Hardware Prefetcher"
and "Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch" to improve performance; for
some TPC-C workloads, it may let Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch
enabled and Hardware Prefetcher disabled. Users should evaluate
overall system performance with these features enabled, disabled
and choose the setting that meets their performance needs.
