As a standard feature the measuring range
normally corresponds to the min./max.
adjustment.

Generally it will be suitable to choose the
measuring range approx. 5 % larger than the
range determined by the min./max.
adjustment.
In the example: Min. adjustment to 0,500 m,

max. adjustment to 3,400 m.

Echo curve

With the menu point "

Echo curve" you can

look at the course and the strength of the
detected radar echo.

If due to vessel installations, strong false
echoes have to be expected, a correction of
the installation position (if possible) can help
to localize and reduce the size of the false
echo by monitoring the echo curve.
