With the menu point "
Measuring range" you
can define the measuring range of the sensor
deviating from the "
Min/Max-Adjustment".
As a standard feature the measuring range
normally corresponds to the min./max.

Generally it will be suitable to choose the
measuring range approx. 5 % larger than the
range determined by the min./max.

Echo curve
With the menu point "
Echo curve" you can
look at the course and the strength of the
detected radar echo.
If due to vessel installations, strong false
echoes have to be expected, a correction of
the installation position (if possible) can help
to localize and reduce the size of the false
echo by monitoring the echo curve.
