Internal Cable Installation
• Connect the long cable supplied with the kit to connector J10 on the main PC
board. Connect the other end of the cable to either connector at the top of the
RS485/422 Board. (See Figure 1). Using the cable tie supplied, attach the
cable to the plastic mount at the bottom of the housing. (Other cables may
already be attached to this same mount.) If the optional Relay board has
been installed, use the supplied short cable in place of the long cable.
Connect the short cable between the RS485/422 Board and the similar
connector on the Relay board.

Serial Interface Board Installation
To install the optional Serial Interface board, proceed as follows:
• Unfasten the side screws of the indicator housing and open the front cover.
• Mount the Serial Interface board to the rear indicator housing as shown in
Figure 1 using 4 of the small screws supplied.
