The Preroll value defines how far the tape will rewind ahead of the Mark IN point
before it starts to play. This allows the VTR to spin up and be at operating speed
by the time the Mark IN is reached. This preroll value may have to be adjusted in
consideration of the type of VTR being used.
The Preroll for the VTR value can be changed manually by entering numbers in
this field.
