Area Description
The table below describes the various parts of the Player pane:

Clip name
This read-only field shows the name of the loaded clip or
recording ingest.

Current Timecode
field
This field provides the current timecode of the loaded
media.
It allows to jump to a specific timecode. See section
"Jumping to a Given Timecode within the Loaded Media" on
page 48.

Video Display
This area displays the media loaded on the Player.

Time Information
fields
Those fields provide information on the duration and the IN
and OUT points of the loaded item.

Jog bar
The jog bar allows you to move within the media at a
variable speed.

Transport
commands
Those commands are used to browse in and play the
loaded media.

The E/E function and the Ret function are described in
section "Loading a Recording Ingest" on page 42.

Maximize button
This button is used to maximize the player on a second
screen.

Those commands are used to create a clip from the loaded
media.

Recorder Channel
Selection
commands
Those commands are used to select a recording ingest or a
clip linked to the loaded clip.

Quality Level icon
This icon gives an indication of the quality level of the
smooth streaming.
