Vehicle Diagnostics
This code indicates that you have a
current problem with the Network Bus
Communication for the ABS controller
and that the problem is illuminating the
ABS malfunction indicator lamp (MIL)
on the dashboard.
Code Lookup
Code Lookup accesses a library of possible DTCs for the selected vehicle.

The Tool does not require power from the vehicle to perform this function.

Code Lookup is only available from the Diagnostic Menu because the
user must select a vehicle prior to accessing the library.
From the Diagnostic Menu:
1. Select Code Lookup.
• Press the
UP or DOWN
arrow key until Code Lookup is
highlighted.
• Press
ENTER.
2. Enter a Code.
• Codes come in two formats:
OBDII and Non-OBDII . (For
more information about the possi-
ble formats, see “Understanding
DTCs” on page A-1.)
• All characters must be entered.
• Only one character can be
changed at a time.
• Use LEFT or RIGHT arrow
keys to move to desired charac-
ter.
• Use
UP or DOWN arrow keys
to change or select a character.
• Press
ENTER.

If the definition can not be found, the
tool displays the message No Definition
Found.
✓

cle for DTC definitions as well.
