Configure the voice service to be priority service:

[RouterA-qospolicy-1]qos-class voip

[RouterA-qospolicy-c-1 voip] ef bandwidth 10 cbs 1500

[RouterA-qospolicy-c-1 voip] quit

Apply CBQ policy 1 to Serial0:

[RouterA] interface serial 0

[RouterA-Serial0] qos apply policy outbound 1

Remove fast-forwarding on the interface. (The interface does not support CBQ

in the case of fast-forwarding.)

[RouterA-Serial0] undo ip fast-forwarding
