Deleting an input configuration file

To delete an input configuration:

1. From the IPS main window Input section, click the Modify

button. The IPS Input Configuration window displays.

2. From the Input Configuration pull-down menu, select the input

configuration you want to delete.

Note:

The “Default” input configuration cannot be deleted.

Attempts to do so produce an error message.

3. Click Delete. A Delete File confirmation prompt window

displays.

4. In the confirmation prompt window, click OK to delete the input

configuration and return to the IPS Input Configuration window.
The deleted file name is removed from the Input Configuration
pull-down menu.

5. Click Quit to return to the IPS main window.
