5. Click New to open the New Folder dialog.
Note:
■ If you have created a Folder Template, all the settings of the template
will be automatically copied to the new folder settings so that you
don’t need to retype the information when adding a new folder.
■ The five most often used folder names appear first on the Filing
Manager main screen. Up to 40 folders can be entered. You can use
the Up-Arrow or Down-Arrow key to scroll through all folders in the
folder list.
