4. In the Phone Book Manager screen, create the phone book by
entering the names and phone numbers as illustrated below.
5. Click Update when you are finished enter names and phone numbers,
or Exit to leave the screen without saving your changes.

To delete or modify a current phone number, simply make your changes in
the Phone Book Manager screen and then click Update to save the
changes.
