Framed-Netmask
Default is 255.255.255.255. This is the user’s IP subnet mask.
Example:
Framed-Netmask=255.255.255.0
Framed-Protocol
Default is PPP. This field identifies which protocol the user is
using to make a connection. Possible entries:
Framed-Protocol=SLIP
Framed-Protocol=PPP
Framed-Route
This specifies a static route, or a specific set of routers that the
connection must take. The format of this parameter is below.
Framed-Route = “ ”
is the name or IP address of the host or network
the user will connect with.
is the router which provides the route to the host or
network.
is the number of routers between the destination and
the gateway; the metric is also referred to as the hop-count.
If the connection is configured to use assigned addresses or if
the address is negotiated, and you set the gateway to 0.0.0.0, the
NETServer will “learn” the gateway to reach the host or net-
work.
