Creating New Group
The following procedure describes how to create a new group in the Address Book.
1 Press the [USER FUNCTIONS] button on the control panel to enter the
User Functions menu.
2 Press the [ADDRESS] button, and then press the [GROUP] button on
the touch panel.
• The GROUP screen is displayed.
3 Press undefined button that you want to create a new group and
press the [ENTRY] button.
• The GROUP NO. REGISTRATION screen is displayed.
If the touch panel does not display an undefined group, press the [Next] button to display the next screen.
4 Press the [GROUP NAME] button.
• The input screen is displayed.
