The processor load can be reduced by
offloading the call from the system. Alice will be
connected to Bob directly, without intervention
of the Entrypoint system, by setting
Allow
Forwarding
and
Use Remainder
to
On
for a
specially for this purpose configured outbound
did service; let this DID service start with a
Prefix (31 in this example). To connect Alice with
Bob the secretary therefore has to dial Prefix +
Bob’s number (

Secretary Service
The secretary service enables a caller (Alice)
to be relayed to a callee (Bob) via a third party
(Secretary).

Make sure that for the inbound call party,
i.e. Alice, the
Allow Forwarding

otherwise the call will be offloaded from the
system, i.e. Alice is connected to the secretary
directly, which disables the influence of the
Entrypoint system on this service.
The secretary relays the call to Bob by dialling
Bob’s number followed by the pound sign, i.e.
