Customizing the Function Settings
Setting the country code
Refer to the country code list on the next page during this procedure.
Select [Country Code] for [Parental Lock]
on the General page, then press ENTER.
The unit displays
the Register Code
Number window.
Enter your 4-digit password.
Press ENTER.
The unit dis-
plays the Coun-
try Code window.
Select [List of Codes] or [Code].
The numbers in the parentheses next to the word
“Code” indicate the range of numbers you can
select.
Selecting a Country Code from [Code]:
Follow one of the steps below:
Example: To select Japan
• Press number buttons 1, 0, 1, and 6.
• Press
to select a number. (Press / to
move to the other digits.)
Selecting a Country Code from [List of Codes]
Example: To select Japan
Press
to select [jp].
Press ENTER.
