Top Panel
1 POWER switch
(Located on rear panel)
Provides electrical power to the player.
2 TIME MODE/AUTO CUE button
Two functions are available.
[Time display]
Each time this button is pressed, the time display
changes between the elapsed playback time of the track
(TIME) and the remaining playback time of the track
(REMAIN).
÷ The REMAIN display appears when power is turned
ON.

When a disc is initially loaded or when performing track
search, this function automatically stores the cue point
(the point immediately preceding actual sound output)
in memory.
÷ The Auto Cue function defaults to OFF when power
is first turned on.

Il fournit le courant électrique au lecteur.
2 Touche TIME MODE/AUTO CUE
Cette touche remplit deux fonctions:
[Affichage des temps]
Chaque pression sur la touche fait passer de l’affichage
du temps de lecture écoulé (TIME) à l’affichage du temps
de lecture restant (REMAIN) pour la plage en cours de
lecture, et vice-versa.
÷ L’indication de durée restante (REMAIN) apparait à
la mise sous tension.

Lorsqu’un disque est installé ou quand on effectue la
recherche d’une plage, cette fonction place
automatiquement en mémoire le point d’attaque (celui
qui précède exactement l’émission du son).
÷ La fonction Attaque automatique est coupée (OFF)
par défaut lors de la mise sous tension.

Orifice d’éjection forcée
Au cas où, pour une certaine raison, il serait impossi-
ble d’ouvrir le volet par la touche EJECT, un mécanisme
permet de l’ouvrir manuellement.
1. Débrancher le cordon d’alimentation au niveau de
la prise du secteur.
2. Fabriquer une clavette a à l’aide d’un trombonne
ou d’un fil métallique d’environ 1 mm de diamètre
et 50 mm de long.
3. Insérer la clavette a en ligne droite dans l’orifice b
indiqué sur l’illustration 1.
4. Tourner la clavette a vers la droite 2.

Force ejection hole
In case the door cannot be opened by pressing the EJECT
button due to a certain reason, this unit is provided with a
mechanism for opening the door manually.
1. Unplug the power cord from the power outlet.
2. Fabricate a key a uing a clip (or any metallic wire
with a diameter of about 1 mm and length of about
50 mm).
3. Insert key a straight into hole b shown in the illus-
tration 1.
