T1 CSU/DSU Interface Module
The T1 CSU/DSU interface module provides a direct T1 or fractional T1
connection to Passport T1 FP or any other compatible device. The T1 connection
provides a larger communication bandwidth than the serial connection.
The T1 CSU/DSU module may only be used in the Port 2 (MPANL port) slot. Do
not place this module in Port 3.

Note: A T1 Access Voice module interface is also available for use in
Passport 4400 units. Refer to chapter 9 of this manual for
information about the T1 Access Voice module.
An 8-pin RJ48C jack is provided to interface with the T1 network.
