Universal Analog Voice Module (UAVM)
The Universal Analog Voice Module (UAVM) consists of two channels into which
one of the three voice interface modules for E&M, FXO, or FXS is inserted. The
UAVM board must be configured with the correct jumper settings for the types of
interface modules you plan to use before you can connect the modules to the
network. Voice interface modules can be connected with either RJ11 modular
cables or with a direct connection to a terminal block.
