To answer a call when you have an active call:

Do one of the following:
— If you have a video call, and an incoming call arrives, press
or
the Join soft key.
A conference is automatically created between yourself, the video call,
and the call you answer.

— If you have an active audio-only call, and an incoming call arrives,
press
or
the
Answer soft key.
The active call is placed on hold, and the new call becomes the active
call. The phone displays two call appearances: one for the call on hold,
and one for the active call.
Ending Calls When Your Phone is Connected to a Polycom HDX System
To end a call:

Scroll to the call, and then press
or the End Call soft key.
To end a call on hold, scroll to the call on hold, press the Resume soft key, and
then press
or the End Call soft key.

Holding Calls When Your Phone is Connected to a Polycom HDX System
You cannot place video calls on hold. To place audio-only calls on hold, see

Transferring Calls When Your Phone is Connected to a Polycom HDX System
You cannot transfer video calls. You can transfer audio-only calls only if there
