Picking up a call on hold
Press the flashing key.

Continue the call.
Calling a team member directly
Precondition: DSS keys have been configured at your
telephone (

The lamp statuses of direct station selection
(DSS) keys
The lamp is not lit – the user is not making a call.
or The lamp is lit – the user is making a call.
or The lamp is flashing – there is an incoming call for the
user; the user has not answered it yet.
Pick up call on hold?
After a certain time, calls on hold return to where
they were held (recall).
