Removing the FC Cable from SCALANCE X414-3E
Under some circumstances, a screwdriver is necessary to remove the twisted pair
cables with RJ-45 plugs because it may not be possible to reach the connector
with your hand due to neighboring media modules, covers, or the dummy cover.
If this is the situation, do the following:
1. Press the catch on the RJ-45 plug to the left with a small screwdriver.
2. Remove the cable.
