Troubleshooting
How do I see the
calls I made or
received? To see the most recent calls you dialled
or received, open the “Recent Calls”
lists:

My phone will
not send
voicemail
commands,
passwords, or
other codes. Your phone sends commands and
passwords as DTMF tones. You can set
your phone’s DTMF tones to be
/RQJ ,
6KRUW or 2II . If you have trouble
sending numbers, check your DTMF
setting.

From the idle display, press:

to scroll to /RQJ or
6KRUW .
3 Press 6(/(&7 ( + ) to select it.
My phone’s
display is too
dark. You can use the &RQWUDVW 6HWWLQJ
feature (see page 77) to change the
level of contrast in your phone display.
You can also use the
%DFNOLJKW feature
(see page 77) to change the length of
time that your phone’s backlight display
stays on.
