Size Setting for [EXTRA]
The paper sizes in the paper trays (except an optional large capacity
tray) can be changed by the users. The copier senses the paper sizes
with the paper size indicators in the paper trays. If a paper size indicator
is set to [EXTRA] and this program is used, the copier can sense paper
sizes as selected on the setting screen.
When the “SIZE SETTING FOR [EXTRA].” key is pressed, the
following display will appear.
1. Select a paper tray on the touch panel.
2. Select a paper size for [EXTRA] setting.
To select a size of inch series, press the “INCH” key and
select a paper size.
● Select the paper size which matches the paper to be loaded into
the paper tray.
● This setting can also be used for paper trays in an optional stand/
500-sheet paper drawer (AR-DE1N).
3. Press the “OK” key.
