Antenna Height
It is important to consider device height. For optimal performance, devices should be mounted at similar
heights. Large height mismatches will result in nearby devices not seeing each other. This can produce
additional mesh hops which may be undesirable. In Figure 4-27, traffic from Wi-Fi clients connecting to
the MWR on pole 1 will have to hop through the MWR on pole 2 to reach the IAP on building A.
