MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
MAINTENANCE:
1. New Maintenance:
Perform the following after initial purchase and operation of the saw.
2. Maintenance Following Use:
The following maintenance should be performed following each use. Use Light oil, such as WD-40 or 3 in 1
when lubricating parts.
NOTE: Due to the material used in the Cutting Drum and Shaft, it is critical that Steps C and D be performed.

Reinstall the Cutting Drum into
the SG-2

Check and adjust tension on all
V-belts following 1
st 48 hours of
operation (See V-belt Inspection)

Lubricate the Shaft Penetration

Lubricate the Cutting Drum
Shaft cleaned in Step I of the
Cleanup Section

Change engine oil after 1 st
month or 1 st 20 operating hours
