UNPACKING, TRANSPORT and ASSEMBLY
IV. Cutting Drum Installation:

Install the 3 Retaining Screws
into the Cutting Drum (do not
cross-thread the screws)

Place the Retaining Ring onto the
end of the Cutting Drum, aligning
the Retaining Screw Holes

Install the Shaft, Inner Retaining
Nut
(B)
Verify the Cutting Drum and
Shaft are fully installed and
seated
(F)
Install the Shaft, Outer Retaining
Nut
(E)
Obtain the Shaft, Outer
Retaining Nut
(D)
Using a 15/16-inch socket tighten
the Shaft, Inner Retaining Nut
(A)
Install the Cutting Drum into the
SG-2; align the Cutting Drum with
the Shaft-side Bearing and install
the Cutting Drum, Shaft
(I)
Tighten the 3 Retaining Screws
using a 7/16-inch wrench
Turn clockwise
to tighten

Hold Cutting
Drum
Shaft
Seated
Rotate counter-
clockwise to install
Rotate counter-
clockwise to tighten
Outer
Retaining Nut
Rotate counter-
clockwise to install

Shaft
