Step 4:
Plug the system into a monitor and check to see if anything appears on the
screen. If the boot-up screen appears it means the power LED has become
disconnected. To fix this problem, open the top cover and reconnect the power
LED to the motherboard.

If the above steps have been completed and the system still doesn’t turn on, please do the
following.

Step 2:
Check the terminal block/power socket power cable connector is properly
connected to the power module.
Step 3:
Check that the power button cable connector is properly connected to the
motherboard.
Step 4:
Make sure the cable connecting to the terminal block/power socket are properly
attached and have not become separated.
Step 5:
Make sure the cable connecting the power button to the motherboard is still
properly attached to the power button and has not been separated.

If the system doesn’t boot up please do the following:

Check the power is turned on. See Section

Make sure the SO-DIMM module is properly installed.

Reset the system using the reset CMOS jumper.
