Operation
STEAM INJECTION can only be used in
CONVECTION mode
• Select SPECIAL FUNCTION
• Press STEAM INJECTION and hold to activate.
Display will light. Hold for up to 4 seconds per
burst. Release to stop at any time.
• Repeat as desired
Settings
• Cooking temperature must be set between
248°F to 482°F (120°C to 250°C)
NOTE: Steam Injection will not operate until temperature
of 248°F (120°C) or higher is achieved.
• Can be used at any time in the cooking process
