DATA USAGE
In this section, you can view an application’s data-transfer statistics for Wi-Fi or mobile data.
The Data saver option makes it easy to set restrictions on the background data usage of
applications. Enabling this option will restrict, and consequently reduce, data usage by all
background apps. Unrestricted data access can be granted to an app by going to Settings >
Data usage > Data saver. Next, tap Unrestricted data access and choose the desired apps.
This feature can also be enabled/disabled via the quick settings.
Additionally, in the section that corresponds to your SIM card you can enable/ disable
mobile data, see the amount of data you have used and see the data usage of resources
and applications.
You can also set a mobile-data limit in Billing cycle > Set data limit. The data connection
will be disabled if a limit is reached.
Press the icon and select Mobile networks to access the mobile network settings for
either SIM card. Here you can enable data roaming, choose a preferred network type, set
an APN and select a Network operator.
