High-Performance, Cost-effective Gigabit solution for SMB Networking
PLANET WGSD-10020 series is the Layer 2 Managed Gigabit Switch which can handle extremely large amounts of data in a
secure topology linking to an Enterprise backbone or high capacity network server with 20Gbps switching fabric. The powerful
features of QoS and network security enable the WGSD-10020 switch series to offer effective data traffic control for ISPs and
Enterprises, such as VoIP, video streaming and multicast applications. It is ideal for the core layer of campus, enterprise
networks and the aggregation layer of IP metropolitan networks.
Solution for IPv6 Networking

Layer 3 IPv4 and IPv6 VLAN Routing for Secure and Flexible Management

performance and excellent layer 2 technologies, but also IPv4/IPv6 VLAN routing feature which allows to cross over different
VLANs and different IP addresses for the purpose of having a highly secured, flexible management and simpler networking
application.
Robust Layer 2 Feature
The WGSD-10020 series can be programmed for advanced switch management functions such as dynamic port link
aggregation, Q-in-Q VLAN, private VLAN, multiple Spanning Tree protocol (MSTP), Layer 2 to Layer 4 QoS, bandwidth
control and IGMP / MLD Snooping. Via aggregation of supporting ports, the WGSD-10020 series allows the operation of a
high-speed trunk combining multiple ports. It enables maximum up to 5 groups of 10 ports for trunking, and supports fail-over
as well.
