Field Description
MAC Address The MAC Address of the device is displayed
Proxy Reference Number Each ACCB is connected to a proxy. In case if the device is a
proxy, this field will be blank. In case of a controller, the
reference number of the Proxy to which it is connected is
displayed here.
Last Connected Time The date and time when the device was last connected
appears.
Device Time-Zone The time zone set for the device appears.
5.2 View Live Log
You will be able to view the current log for all the devices. To view live log:
1. On the RDD home page, select the check box against the device whose live log you want to view.
2. You may also select the Device Name check box on the header row to view logs for all the
devices in the list.

3. Click Actions View Live Log. The logs for all the devices selected appear in the tabbed
window.
