Para desconectar el conector
negativo: To unplug the negative con-
nector:
Inserte la herramienta PV-MS en los 2
orificios rectangulares en la parte su-
perior del conector y tire para extraer
el acoplador de cable, y luego quite la
herramienta.
Insert PV-MS tool into the 2 rectangu-
lar holes at the top of the connector
and pull to remove the cable coupler,
then remove the tool.
Para desconectar el lado po-
sitivo: To unplug the positive side:
Inserte la herramienta PV-MS en los 2
recortes rectangulares del acoplador
del cable. Retire el acoplador de cable
lo más lejos posible, siempre utili-
zando la herramienta, y luego quite
la herramienta. Por último, retire el
acoplador de cable.
Insert PV-MS tool into the 2 rectangu-
lar cut-outs of the cable coupler. Pull
cable coupler out as far as possible
with tool still engaged, then remove
the tool. Lastly, remove the cable
coupler.
Limpieza de las superficies Cleaning the surfaces
Las superficies deben estar secas, lim-
pias, firmes y sin residuos de agentes
separadores. Sobre todo, debe garan-
tizarse que no sufran condensación,
por ejemplo, cuando hace frío y las
piezas se trasladan del exterior a una
sala con una temperatura más alta.
Para la eliminación de partículas suel-
tas como el polvo, así como grasa,
aceite y residuos de agentes separa-
dores, recomendamos los siguientes
tipos de productos de limpieza:
Detergentes industriales: deben ser
enjuagados con agua desionizada y
la superficie completamente secada
antes de aplicar el adhesivo o sellador.
Disolventes orgánicos:
- Alcoholes minerales
- Isopropanol o mezcla de isopropa-
nol/acetona
- MEK (metil etil cetona)
- Alconox (Powdered Precision Clea-
ner-polvo limpiador de precisión)
(use de acuerdo con las instruccio-
nes del fabricante)
The surfaces must be dry, clean, firm
and free from parting-agent residues.
In particular it should be ensured
that they are free from condensation,
as for instance during cold weather
when parts are taken from the outside
into a warm room. For the removal of
loose particles such as dust, as well as
grease, oil or parting agent residues,
we recommend the following types of
cleaning agents:
Industrial detergents should be rinsed
off with deionized water and the sur-
face thoroughly dried before applying
the adhesive or sealant.
Organic solvents:
- Mineral spirits
- Isopropanol or Isopropanol/Acetone
mixture
- MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone)
- Alconox (Powdered Precision Clean-
er) (Use according to the manufac-
tuer’s instruction)
